Special Event

Register now for this important event.
Scientific presentations by users will introduce you to the broad range of research applications enhanced or enabled by the ImageStream system.

Amnis scientists will present the latest developments and discuss future directions for the technology.

The ImageStream® system: redefining cell analysis

The visual power of microscopy and the statistical rigor of flow cytometry are now combined in a single platform.  ImageStream What can Multispectral Imaging Flow Cytometry on the ImageStream do for you? The powerful combination of quantitative image analysis and flow cytometry in a single platform creates exceptional new experimental capabilities. Measure the amount, location and movement of molecules on, in, or between cells. Measure the location and co-localization of multiple markers on or in cells. Quantitate morphologically distinct cell subpopulations. Dramatically expand the depth and range of questions you can ask in a flow environment.

When you analyze your cells on the ImageStream you will see more – and know more – than you ever thought possible.

IDEAS® Image Analysis Software:  exceptional accessible power

Just because an image analysis package is powerful doesn’t mean it should be hard to use.

IDEAS cell image analysis software gets you to your data quickly and easily and gives you a rich suite of tools to analyze almost any problem. The continually expanding IDEAS feature set offers over 250 features, many developed just for the ImageStream system. Ideas

  • Every dot in a scatter plot is linked to a cell image – click on the dot and you will see the corresponding cell
  • Virtual Cell Sorting – use familiar gating tools to define and inspect cell populations
  • Image data and statistical data are fully integrated – complete statistics are always available for every population
  • Powerful built-in algorithms calculate similarities between different images of the same cell -- colocalize signals without FRET!

Expand the power of your ImageStream system with these new upgrades

Multiple Lasers

Use a wider range of dyes and enable even more applications by adding up to two additional lasers to the basic system. In addition to the standard 488nm laser, you can now add a 375nm, a 405nm or a 658nm. The lasers may be ordered installed on your ImageStream as field upgrades.

Extended Depth of Field

Remarkable new optical deconvolution technology allows the ImageStream depth of field to be expanded more than 5-fold. Enabling such applications as FISH In Suspension, extended depth of field also markedly improves many resolution-sensitive applications.
