Excitation Lasers

The standard 488 nm laser of the ImageStreamx may be augmented with up to four additional lasers at 405, 560, 592, and 658 nm. The additional lasers greatly expand experimental flexibility by providing access to a broader palette of dyes and fluorophores. Some example dyes are shown in the table below.
